Refund & Cancellation policy

Refund Policy
For subscription based plans, a full refund will be issued if Unimans Creation has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 7 days of the Servics and subscription. If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this Unimans Creation may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of Servics and Subscription fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer.

For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:

    1. You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved till the time account was active.
    2. The issue is out of scope for the particular plan.
    3. 15 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by an Unimans Creation Executive.

Cancellation Policy

Unimans Creation believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
1.You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account to your account manager is a must and you must receive a confirmation from your account manager on the date of cancellation.
2.All of your data stored with us will immediately be archived from active servers and maybe stored with us for any future use.
3.If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and we will not be charge you again
4.Unimans Creation, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for reasons such as unauthorized access of our portal, servers and databases, abusive behavior, data theft, improper utilization of our services, using the service for PC other than the one which has been registered for use with Unimans Creation, among other reasons. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your PC Support Service.
5.Any use of software which is not legal may result in termination of your services and cancellation of your account by Unimans Creation.
6. Unimans Creation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
7. If we deliver all credentials related to Service or Product backup, domain, hosting, email and more related to your website and web services on customers demand then your service agreement with Unimans Creation will automatically cancelled.


Domain, Hosting & Annual Membership Payment Terms
Payment & Service Continuity Policy

The customer agrees to pay all invoices related to Domain Registration, Domain Renewal, Web Hosting, Email Services, Annual Maintenance, and Membership Charges on or before the due date mentioned in the invoice.

If the customer fails to make payment by the specified due date:

  1. Unimans Creation reserves the right to suspend or terminate any or all services without prior notice, including but not limited to domain, hosting, email, website, maintenance, and related services.

  2. In case of non-payment, the company shall not be responsible for any loss of data, website downtime, email interruption, domain expiration, or any business losses arising from service suspension or cancellation.

  3. If the customer requests a backup, migration, transfer, restoration, or data export before service suspension or cancellation, additional charges will apply.

  4. Migration, backup, restoration, data export, and transfer charges are not fixed and may vary depending on:

    • Product type

    • Service type

    • Data size

    • Technical complexity

    • Third-party requirements

  5. Any backup, migration, transfer, restoration, or data export work will be initiated only after full payment of the applicable charges has been received.

  6. Unimans Creation reserves the right to revise migration, backup, restoration, data export, and support charges from time to time without prior notice.

By purchasing or renewing any service from Unimans Creation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Cloud software and products once sold will be not exchanged in any circumstances. We, unfortunately, don’t offer a refund or exchange on any software or product.

Google Workspace

Google Workspace users need to renew their subscriptions yearly to avoid cancellation of their services.

What if auto-renewal fails

In case auto-renewal fails due to an expired card or any other reason, a seven-day grace period will be applied to the subscription to give the user time to update their credit card information. Once the information is updated, your yearly subscription fee will be charged, and then your billing cycle will start.

If the subscription is canceled

Users will have access to their Google Workspace Individual features until the subscription period and billing cycle ends. Once the subscription ends, users will lose access to all Google Workspace Individual features.
